A surprisingly simple recipe for Chocolate Mousse
This recipe could be easily classified as a guilty pleasure! Skip the main course, add some raspberries and share with the ones you Love....
- 1 package (12oz) Firm Silken Tofu
- 1/2 cup Baking Cocoa
- 1/3 cup Agave Nectar (don't be afraid to add to more satiate the sweetest tooth)
- 1 tbsp Orange Vanilla Sugar
- If you want a thicker mousse for pies and tarts, add 2 tbsp Almond Butter.
Use a mixer or hand blender to whip the ingredients together.

Nice to see you offering a recipe that doesn't call for one of your proprietary spice blends. I almost missed it because I have "trained" myself to ignore any recipe you send because it usually annoys me that it seemed you could only make it with a purchase of your blend.
My suggestion would be to offer an alternative spice or spice blend OR be up front that you are making a sales pitch. Just call it what it is. I wouldn't have been annoyed if it was presented that way.

We hope you enjoy this. With regard to our blends, while we use them in most of our recipes, they are not in all. They are in our recipes because quite frankly they are what we use. My suggestion would be to just look at the link to see what is in the blend called for and make your own substitutions. Many people have written me to tell me they do that and the exercise is making them use other blends in their pantry that they had no idea what to do with.
