Mini Quiches are light and fluffy so your guests don't fill up before the big meal. Easy to make and prepare, Mini Quiches are tiny savory pies, sure to be a hit! Want to add your own flair? Mini Quiches, with asparagus and red pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Separate the dough into 12 individual balls. Flatten each ball out, then line the bottom and sides of a dozen cups in a standard muffin tin. Beat eggs with cream and add the remaining ingredients.  Evenly distribute egg mixture between the cups. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 min, or until filling is set.
