This recipe is a classic that is both creative and comforting.
- 1 lb grilled chicken, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced and grilled
- 2 scallions chopped
- 8 ounces Farfalle/Bow tie pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Olio do Panne
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 min or until al dente; drain. Toss pasta with remaining ingredients and serve.
