Maple Oat S’mores
- 8 large oatmeal cookies
- 4 ounces white chocolate
- 8 large marshmallows
- 1/4 cup Maple Sugar
Preheat grill for high heat. Place 1 ounce of white chocolate on the flat side of 4 of the oatmeal cookies. Next, sprinkle 1/2 tsp of Maple Sugar on the chocolate. Skewer the marshmallows, and roast them, turning constantly, until they are a golden brown all over. Slide 2 warm marshmallow onto the white chocolate and Maple sugar. Top it with another cookie (flat side down). Repeat for all cookies. Let sit for a couple of minutes to infuse the Maple Sugar and white chocolate. Serve.
