Terra Americana

• 1/4 cup Beef Rub
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp sherry wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Mix well, but do not puree. Use as a sauce or marinade.
