- 2 Packages Coconut Macaroon Mix
- 1 tsp Coffee & Chocolate Spice
- 2/3 Cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Melted Chocolate
Mix Coconut Macaroon Mix, Coffee & Chocolate Spice, Almonds and water in a bowl and scoop onto a cookie sheet with a tbsp. Cook in a preheated 350 f oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the macaroons begin to turn golden brown. Remove an let cool. When Macaroons have cooled drizzle melted chocolate over them. Great alone or with ice cream.
