Harvest Cake
Don't confuse this recipe with any ordinary fruit cake. Harvest Cake is perfect for dessert, a sweet snack, or when paired with coffee or tea. Although it may sound strange, I enjoy this cake sliced thin and toasted as a morning treat. With Heath candy bars and walnuts, Harvest cake is bound to be one of your family's fall-favorites. Looking to add you own flare? Try using pumpkin pie filling instead of apple, or using a combination of the two. Harvest Cake is perfect for your Thanksgiving table.
