Chinese Grilling Sauce
This recipe evolved from something "All American" to a fusion of flavor inspired by time in China. One of the last things we expected to find there was Barbecue, damn good BBQ.
- 2 tsp Bayou Blackening Balm
- 1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Tamari
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Sea Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients (except salt) together. Pour into a clean bowl. Using a basting brush, coat beef, poultry, pork, fish or vegetables every 10 minutes or so. Sprinkle salt as desired. Refrigerate when not using. It is great on Salads too!
