Grilled Crab
This is one of the easiest recipes you can prepare. It is also pretty impressive. For a relaxing special occasion in the summer, this recipe is my go to.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsp Bayou Blackening Balm
- 6 lb whole crab
Preheat an outdoor grill for med heat and lightly oil grate. In a med saucepan , melt butter. Mix in Bayou Blackening Balm. Remove legs from crab bodies. Pull apart shells and remove meat. Loosely wrap crabmeat and legs in aluminum foil, & place on the prepared grill. Unwrap slightly, and coat with the butter mixture. Cook until pink and flaky, 15 to 20 min.
