Garlic Maple Marinade & Glaze
Garlic Maple Marinade
- 1 heaping tbsp Garlic Ginger Salt
- 1 tsp Maple Sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce or gluten free Tamari
Pour over a serving of pork or poultry and allow to marinate, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour. Broil or Grill as you would normally.
Garlic Maple Glaze
- 1/4 cup Garlic Maple Marinade
- 1 cup of maple syrup
