I love peas.  Green, black eyed, you name it.  This recipe makes the most of one of my favorite foods.  Combined with tuna it is a meal packed with magnesium, iron, folate and protein.  It is an easy way to a meal that is both simple and satisfying.

Pair this with "The Seven Brothers" Lake Country Sauvignon Blanc from the Robledo Family Winery in Sonoma for a simple yet elegant meal that sizzles.

 


In bowl, combine all ingredients (except baguette). Let sit at least 1 hour before serving. Serve over salad greens and baguette toast.
