Themed Mixes in Bags
Themed mixes are our cookie and brownie mixes with labels that have a theme. They make nice gifts for various occasions. They make 2 dozen cookies and 8x8 pans of brownies.
Rainy Day Rainbow Brownies
Preheat oven to 350f. In a mixing bowl combine the contents of the inner bag with
- ½ cup butter or vegetable-based margarine (for more heart-healthy brownies)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 egg
Mix well and add the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 pan. The brownies should cook for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a cake tester inserted 1 inch from the side of the pan comes out clean.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour enriched (Niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Sprinkles (Sugar, Confectioner’s Glaze, Carnuba Wax, FD&C Red #3, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Yellow #6, FD&C Blue #2, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Corn Syrup, Malic Acid and Less than 2% Artificial and Natural Flavors, Calcium Stearate, Color Added, Blue 1 Lake, Blue 1, Blue 2 Lake, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake, Yellow 6, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn starch, soya lecithin, glucose, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, gum arabic, may contain fd&c colors yellow #5 dye, red #30 dye, and cocca powder), Chocolate Chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin), Dutch processed cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, Cane Sugar, Orange Extract (alcohol, water, and orange oil), vanilla extract (vanilla, water, propylene glycol, and caramel color), and Kosher Salt.
After School Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 375f. In a mixing bowl combine the contents of this bag with
- 1/4 cup butter, softened (or use canola oil for more heart healthy cookies)
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp water
Add chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon 2" apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 12 min or until cookies begin to brown. This bag yields approximately 2 dozen cookies.

World's Best Teacher Snickerdoodle Cookies
Preheat oven to 375f. In a mixing bowl combine the contents of this bag with
- 1/4 cup butter, softened (or use canola oil for more heart healthy cookies)
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp water
Drop from tsp 2" apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 12 min or until cookies begin to brown.
This bag yields approximately 2 dozen cookies.

Christmas Cookies Red Sugar Cookies
Preheat oven to 375f. In a mixing bowl combine the contents of this bag with
- 1/4 cup butter (for more heart healthy cookies substitute canola oil for the butter)
- 1 egg
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and egg until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream, water and the contents of the jar, mix until well combined. Drop spoon fulls of dough on to a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 12 min. or until cookies begin to brown. This bag yields approximately 2 dozen cookies.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Cane Sugar, Sanding Sugar (Sugar, Confectioner’s Glaze, Carnuba Wax, FD&C Red #3, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Yellow #6), orange extract (Alcohol, water and pure orange oil.), vanilla extract (vanilla, water, propylene glycol, and caramel color), & Kosher Salt.
Just For Mom Cinnamon Chocolate Coffee Cake
Preheat your oven to 350 f. Reserve chocolate chips in a small bowl. In a large bowl cream together
- 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup Butter, Softened
Add the remaining contents of the bag. Mix all ingredients well. Spray an 8x8 pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the cake. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out of the coffee cake clean. The addition of crumbled brown sugar on top, almonds or walnuts will help you give this cake your own unique signature.
