Baked Polenta with Toppings

image from images.marthastewart.com Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place prepared cut polenta about ½ inch apart on an oiled baking sheet, and bake.  Flip halfway through.  Continue baking until crisp, about 45 minutes total. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes. Top as desired. Serve warm.

Toppings

Lemon Marmalade, craisins &  yogurt,
Hot fudge sauce & almonds,
Honey, gorgonzola, walnuts  and figs,
Tapenade or Roasted Peppers & Onions
