Simple Vinaigrette
This is a simple staple. As a salad dressing it is superlative. As a marinade for fish, beef, pork, poultry and veggies it is sensational. This recipe makes a generous amount, but you can keep the extra in the fridge in an airtight container for several days.
- 1/3 cup apple cider or sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Aussie Outback Rub
Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar or bottle topped with a tight lid. Shake vigorously for at least a minute.
