Simple Spoon Bread
- 1 package Basic Corn bread/muffin mix
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 8 oz cream style corn
- 1 cup whole frozen corn
- 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

I love spoon bread - only tried it for the first time in Gettysburg, PA. at the Farnsworth and had not known what the heck it was, as it was presented in what looked like an egg holder. This is a keeper - thanks!
