Pot Pie Topping

- 1 package Basic Corn bread/muffin mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Mix egg and milk together; add mix; combine with a fork. Pour over pot pie mixture. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 min.
