• 1 package Basic Corn bread/muffin mix
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg, lightly beaten

Mix egg and milk together; add mix; combine with a fork. Pour over pot pie mixture. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 min.
