Provence is situated in the southeast of France, just north of the Cote d’Azur. It is a sun-drenched hideaway nestled along the rolling hillsides of the Rhone River. The people of Provence enjoy a peaceful, slow-paced lifestyle. The picturesque countryside is decorated with vineyards, gardens, and quaint cottages. The cuisine of Provence is world renowned. Calling for only the freshest ingredients, it is a healthy yet flavorful way to eat. One of the main ingredients in the recipes of Provence is a herbal blend known as Herbs de Provence. Free of garlic, salt or pepper, it is a spice for anyone watching what he or she eats. Your palate will not be disappointed.
