Spicy Horseradish Mustard
- 1/2 cup Dry mustard
- 1/4 cup Mustard seeds
- 1/2 cup Cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup Rosemary Hot Pepper and Garlic Vinegar (or white wine)
- 3 tbsp Local Honey
- 2 tbsp Prepared horseradish; drained
- 1 tsp Midwestern Garden Radish
Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until mixture is smooth. This recipe will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
