Sweet and Hot Mustard Dip
Use as a condiment for holiday ham. Serve as a snack or savory style dip at a party. Think about packing in jars to give as holiday gifts!
- 2 tbsp Local Honey
- 1/8 cup Garlic Vinegars
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Colman's Dry Mustard
- 1 egg
Combine the first ingredients. Fold in the egg. Microwave on the half power mark for 1 minute. Take out and mix. Return and cook at the half power Mark for 30 seconds. Remove and store. Repeat 4 times. Pour into a small bowl or jar. Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Serve with Pretzels, Crackers, Sliced Radishes, Cooked Chicken Tenders or Kielbasa.
