Fusion Spice Cookies
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 package our gluten free All Purpose Baking Mix
- 3 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream sugar, egg and shortening together. Add All Purpose Baking Mix and Chinese 5 Spice. Mix well. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll the balls in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 to 6 minutes.
