Honey Mustard Dressing
This recipe has evolved over the years. First we used it for a macaroni salad, fell in love and now always seem to have it on hand for any old salad. It is the choice for chicken, sublime with potatoes and over the top as a marinade. It also makes a great last minute food gift.
- 2 tbsp Local Honey
- 2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence or Garlic Ginger Salt
- 1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil (you can also use canola)
- 1/2 cup Garlic Vinegar
Add oil and vinegar to a blender and pulse until the mixture takes on a creamy look. Add the remaining ingredients and blend at a low speed for 5 minutes. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before using. Store in the refrigerator. Use as a dressing for salads or as a marinade for any kind of pork or poultry.
