Blue Cheese Dip
To him it is a big day. For me it is a special sunny Sunday when I finally have a moment to take the dogs for a hike. These perfect days seem to be few and far between right now and I intend to make the most of it. So he says, "If I can only ask you to do one thing today, can it be to make that dip." It is a simple enough request to honor. I suspect the crowd of big game revelers will have it all gone before we get back and the televised play has even started. They need something to do while cooking their ribs...
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato & Parsley Vinaigrette
- 1/2 tbsp Viognier
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, Tomato & Parsley Vinaigrette, blue cheese. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

I love the combination of blue cheese dip and chips. I have not tried it with chicken, though. I would definitely give your recipe a try the next time we have chicken.
