The Harvey Wallbanger cocktail is said to be named after a California Surfer named Harvey.  He liked his screwdrivers spiked with Galliano Italian liqueur.  Legend has it that one day Harvey had one too many cocktails and left the bar tripping over furniture and banging his head on a wall.  From that time on he was known as "Wallbanger".  This delightful drink is characterized by the blending of vanilla and orange, flavors that combine in the most delicious desserts.  The recipe below adds carnberries and walnuts to give Harvey Wallbanger and autumnal twist.
