Celebrate Maple Season!!
Easy Whole Grain Maple Quick Bread (Gluten Free)
1 package All Purpose Baking Mix (GF)
1/2 cup corn meal
1/4 cup flax seed (ground)
1/8 cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup dry milk powder or non dairy creamer
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp Maple Sugar
1/8 cup water *
Combine dry ingredients. Dissolve maple sugar in milk, whick together with water. Combine wet and dry. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Stand for 20 minutes. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
*You may substitute 1/4 cup maple syrup for maple sugar and water.
