My first experience with flavored vineg
ar was a gift my father brought back from wine country in California. An ingenious vintner made use of his wine which had gone bad, filling it with lemon rinds and thyme. It added a special something to our salads, made the simplest and most wonderful marinade & gave some zest to a lemon curd . Always hoping to make our own mark on the world we have searched high and low for the highest quality and most unique vinegar for our product. Mix with your favorite oil and a dash of kosher salt for a traditional vinaigrette. Use a 1/4 cup to marinate meat, fish, pork and poultry. A tsp. of vinegar adds just the right flavor to steamed vegetables and will make your rice creamy.
