We work ourselves into a tizzy most weeks. Every once in a while it is essential we stop and relax with a long languorous breakfast. The mimosa is a vital ingredient in letting go and taking time to smell the roses. It makes any day feel like New Years Eve!
- 3/4 cup Sparkling Wine, chilled
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp Orange Vanilla Sugar
Stir all juice and sugar together thoroughly. Chill for at least 1 hour. Add sparkling wine and serve. Enjoy!
