Brownie Mixes in Jars

Each jar makes a 9x13 pan of delectable brownies!  Find Directions and ingredients below.

Flavors

 

Chocolate Rainbow Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 f. In a mixing bowl combine the contents of this jar with

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2/3  cup vegetable oil 
  • 2 eggs (for more cake like brownies use 4 eggs)

If you find it difficult to remove the brown sugar, add a piece of fresh bread to the jar & let it sit covered for several hours. Mix well and pour the batter into a greased 9x13  pan. The brownies should cook for about 35 to 40  minutes, or until a cake tester inserted 1 inch from the side of the pan comes out clean. Do not overbake.

Triple Chocolate Mint Brownies

Preheat oven to 350f. In a mixing bowl combine the contents of this jar with

  • 2 tsp mint extract
  • 1/3 cup water  
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs (for more cake like brownies use 4 eggs)
