What better way to start the day! Simply sweet and easy, and all you have to do is add the liquids!

Maple Flapjacks

To make batter, combine 1 1/3 cups dry mix with the following: 

  • 3/4 cup milk   
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

until moistened but still lumpy. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Serve warm with butter & maple syrup.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Pure dehydrated maple syrup, Baking Powder and Kosher Salt.

Spiced Apple Corn Muffins

Preheat oven to 425f. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the contents of this package with

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 peeled and diced apples

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Pour into greased muffin pans and bake for 15 to 20 min. or until a cake tester comes out clean and the tops are golden brown. This mix makes approximately 1 dozen oversized muffins.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Coarse Ground Corn Meal, Russian Mulling Spice [cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, ginger, & orange extract (alcohol, water and pure orange oil)], Baking Soda, and Kosher Salt.

Cinnamon Chocolate Coffee Cake

Preheat your oven to 350 f. Reserve chocolate chips in a small bowl. In a large bowl cream together

  • 3 Eggs Lightly Beaten
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Butter, Softened

If you find it difficult to remove the brown sugar, add a piece of fresh bread to the jar & let it sit covered for several hours. Add the remaining contents of the jar. Mix all ingredients well. Spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the cake.  Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out of the coffee cake clean. The addition of crumbled brown sugar on top, almonds or walnuts will help you give this cake your own unique signature.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Cane Sugar, Brown Sugar, Chocolate Chips (Sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin), cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, ginger, & orange extract (alcohol, water and pure orange oil), Baking Soda & Kosher Salt.

Cranberry White Chocolate Coffee Cake

Preheat your oven to 350 f. Reserve cranberries & chips in a small bowl. In a large bowl cream together

  • 3 Eggs Lightly Beaten
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Butter, Softened

If you find it difficult to remove the brown sugar, add a piece of fresh bread to the jar & let it sit covered for several hours. Add the remaining contents of the jar. Mix all ingredients well.
