1/3 lb. Feta Cheese (if you are local, get it direct from Sweet Pea in Granby, CT)
2 Dozen Black Kalamata Olives
& pepper to taste
Place the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and
peppers in a large salad bowl. Shake together the olive oil, vinegar,
and Olio do Panne spice blend. Pour the dressing over the salad. Top with feta cheese and the olives. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper to taste.
